When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle - you keep access to all paid features until that date. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. All your career facts, job analyses, and generated resumes are preserved regardless of your plan status.

During that time, our AI is analyzing the job requirements in detail, selecting the most relevant facts from your library, crafting tailored language for each resume section, generating rationale for every choice, writing a cover letter aligned to the same positioning, and preparing interview prep questions. Occasionally generation may take slightly longer during peak usage - if it exceeds 90 seconds, you'll see a status indicator and can safely wait or refresh. Generation time does not vary by plan.
